Ready to begin Private Pilates Training?

Whether you are new to Pilates or coming to me with prior experience, I would welcome the opportunity to visit with you to discuss your goals and expectations.  I am a firm believer that knowing where you currently are and getting clarity on where you want to go is necessary to build a program that best meets your needs.  I take great pride in teaching Pilates, which I believe is a discipline and not just an exercise regimen.  You earn your progressions with proper programming designed for your unique individuality.

I believe that you will achieve the most personalized results in a setting that makes you the priority.  I begin with our initial meeting to talk about your goals and any mobility or injury issues you may have.  From here, we schedule your initial session which will include a postural analysis and an introduction to the 5 Basic Principles of movement and stabilization.  I then customize a program to meet your needs and your journey begins.  This program will combine all movement modalities that I am certified in.  This will include Pilates, Fascial Stretch Therapy and Fascial Movement Training.
