I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) affect your food decisions? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?  As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.  We are a collection of all areas of our life.  When we learn to integrate, we are better equipped to see the connections and the disconnections.

As a Primal Health Coach I work with clients to create individualized, adaptable, holistic mind-body health related plans.  I work with you to remove the confusion surrounding the many options made available to us as well as to customized exercise programs and stress reduction techniques,

I understand that life happens and your needs will change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert.  What surprised me most during my training, and as I continue to research and study is how much mis-information is fed to us every day.  It is no wonder we struggle and never understand why.  I will clear up the confusion for you and assist you with learning as much as you want to learn about how to better equip yourself to control your own health.
